Transcript for introducing light my way

Hey there!

Be honest — have you ever had one of those days where you just want to throw your phone in a lake and move to the mountains?
Yeah… me too.

That’s kind of why I created Light My Way — my little corner of the internet for people who are trying their best, getting overwhelmed anyway, and could use a friendly place to land.

What my website is all About

Now, before you click away thinking “oh, this must be for people with ADHD,”

— no, no, no!

This website is for anyone with a brain that occasionally forgets it’s supposed to be in charge.

Whether you’re juggling 27 thoughts at once, overthinking every text you’ve ever sent, or just tired of pretending you’ve got it all together — you belong here.

🧠

There’s a Self-Awareness Test and even ADHD questionnaires – not to label you, but to help you understand how your brain works.

Because sometimes the biggest moment comes from realizing,

“Oh… it’s not that I’m lazy — I’m just running Windows 95 in a world of iPhones.”

💬

We also talk about real human stuff — like venting and complaining, breakdowns and frustration, and finding your purpose without needing a spiritual awakening in Bora Bora.

I keep it honest, funny, and a little bit reflective — because let’s face it, half the time we’re the ones standing in our own way.

🎮

If life feels heavy, come play a mini-game or relax in the Hertz Room — it’s like a spa day for your nervous system.

Think of it as pressing “refresh” on your brain without needing an actual holiday.

💬

Every day, there’s a new quote or reminder waiting to give you a nudge

You can also share your own story or read others’ — because sometimes hearing someone else say, “yep, me too,” is exactly what we need.

🗣️ Oh, and There’s an English Course!

Yep — I also have a gamified English course in progress which I am building at the moment from scratch.

It will be fun, interactive, and ADHD-friendly — which basically means no boring grammar drills

Adults, kids — everyone’s welcome.

So What’s Coming Next

This is just the start.

I’m building more pages soon — tools to help you change your mindset, follow your own advice, and maybe even stop arguing with your brain like it’s a roommate who never does the dishes.

So, if you’ve ever felt stuck, tired, overwhelmed — or just needed someone to say, “hey, you’re doing okay,”

come visit www.light-myway.co.uk.

There’s no pressure, no judgment — just a bunch of tools, games, and gentle reminders that you’re not broken — you’re just human.

Now go on, light your way… and maybe take a deep breath while you’re at it.

See you inside.
