1:1 ADHD coaching

Coaching that fits how your brain actually works.

What sessions look like

1

Video calls, your pace

Sessions run 60 minutes over video call, usually weekly or fortnightly — whatever keeps momentum without feeling like pressure.

2

No fixed script

Every session starts with where you actually are that week. We follow what’s real, not a rigid curriculum.

3

Notes and small steps

You’ll leave each call with something concrete to try — small enough to actually do, not another overwhelming to-do list.

Is this the right fit?

This is for you if

  • You have an ADHD diagnosis, or strongly suspect you do
  • You’re ready to understand your brain, not fight it
  • You want a thinking partner, not someone to fix you
  • You can commit to regular sessions, even imperfectly

This isn’t for you if

  • You’re looking for therapy or clinical treatment
  • You want a rigid productivity system to follow exactly
  • You’re not able to commit to showing up for yourself right now
  • You want someone to make the decisions for you

Funding through Access to Work

Access to Work is a UK government scheme that helps people with a disability or health condition — including ADHD — get support to stay in, or move into, work. Depending on your situation, it may help towards the cost of coaching like this.

1

Check you’re eligible

You need paid work (employed, self-employed, or starting within 12 weeks) in England, Scotland or Wales, and a condition that affects your work. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to apply, though evidence can help.

2

Apply on gov.uk

Applications go through the official Access to Work service, and it’s free to apply. Tell them you’d like ADHD coaching as part of the support you need.

3

Get in touch

If you’d like to work with me, ask Access to Work to consider me as your coach, and message me. I’m happy to send you a quote and details of my training to support your application.

Access to Work decides what it will fund, so I can’t promise approval. You may need to pay up front and claim the money back, so check your approval letter. Not sure? You can call the Access to Work helpline on 0800 121 7479.
