Welcome to the ADHD Self-Assessment Quiz for Children

This quiz is designed to help parents and caregivers reflect on a child’s everyday behaviours, habits, and experiences. By answering the questions honestly, you’ll receive instant insights that may highlight ADHD-like traits and suggest which traits of  ADHD your child may relate to.

This quiz can be completed together with your child, or by the parent alone, depending on the child’s age and understanding.

How it works:

  • Read each question and think about how often it applies to your child.
  • Choose the answer that best matches your child’s usual behavior.
  • At the end, you’ll receive results straight away.

Important Disclaimer:

This quiz is not a medical diagnosis. It is a self-reflection and awareness tool only. ADHD can only be diagnosed by a qualified healthcare professional. If the results suggest ADHD may be present, we strongly encourage you to speak with your GP, pediatrician, psychiatrist, or licensed specialist for a full assessment.

Take your time, answer thoughtfully, and use this as a starting point for understanding and supporting your child.
