You will need a web hosting service which you can buy for 12, 24 or 48 months. I would help you do this, however this is paid separately, so you can have control over it. I am personally using Hostinger and I always choose the 48 months contract as it comes out under £200 for the first 4 years (prices may vary with current promotion). After the 4 years has passed, there is a way to grab some good bargain again.

I would create your website using WordPress and Elementor free version, with the template/look you choose, with the content you provide and this will cost only £350 one of payment to me.
The pages will be optimized and will have meta descriptions and key phrases so your website can be found quicker when searched.

If you want pro features of the Elementor tool, it will cost you an additional £50-£70 (price may vary with current promotion) that can be used for a year, then it needs to be renewed every year if used further.
If you still need help maintaining the website after it has been created and finalised, it will be additional £20/hour to do extra bits if you would like my help with it, however I can show you how to add more content or amend your website once its done for free.
