tiny quests

Can’t start? Start tiny.

You know the feeling: the task is sitting there, you know it matters, and somehow you still can’t begin. That isn’t laziness. With ADHD, big and vague tasks are hard to start, and the harder you push, the more stuck it feels.

So let’s make it small. Really small. Small enough that starting feels almost silly.
